Collecting and Delaying
In accordance with the new guidelines of the Planning Director, the currently planned drainage systems are required to contain components of runoff water management - delay areas, collection areas, infiltration and more.
The purpose of these components is to reduce the amount of runoff coming out of private / public areas, hence to enrich the groundwater as much as possible and to reduce the drained water flow to the municipal drainage system.
As part of the design, the volumes of the runoff are determined, volumes that are required to be kept so that they could enrich the groundwater.
In coordination with the architects of the plan, the landscape planners, the developers of the plan and the planning team, the runoff collection and delay areas are determined.
